A Non-Profit Company registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) under the Companies Act. The NPC is the legal vehicle proposed for the Valley of Grace Learning Campus: it would hold the school registration under SASA Section 46, the QCTO Skills Development Provider accreditation, the CET satellite agreement, and any leases or property arrangements. Registration typically takes 2 to 3 months.
Registration as an NPO (Department of Social Development) and a PBO (SARS) follows the NPC and unlocks Section 18A tax-deductible donations.
