A public post-school institution under DHET that delivers state-funded adult basic education. The Western Cape CET College operates the Overberg Community Learning Centre with satellites at Bredasdorp, Riviersonderend, and Swellendam. A satellite in Genadendal is a Phase 1 target for the proposed Valley of Grace Learning Campus because CET education is state-funded, with educators provided by the CET College.
