The river and mountain catchment defining the northern edge of the Valley of Grace. The Riviersonderend Mountain Catchment Area covers approximately 10,000 hectares and is managed under CapeNature’s Riviersonderend Complex Protected Area Management Plan (PAMP). The catchment’s watershed, biodiversity, and water yield are the primary subject matter for place-based Geography and Life Sciences within the proposed Bioregional Learning Centre.
